A proud Texan, geographically, Rita is no stranger to Indiana or agriculture. With ties to the home farm and a long-standing connection to DEI, Rita appreciates the opportunities that exist for DEI and steps into the Westfield, IN-based company with enthusiasm.

A graduate of Southern Illinois University Carbondale with a BS in marketing and an MBA in finance, Rita has spent her entire career improving processes, providing superior service to customers and enhancing workplace environments and efficiencies for employees, including a high-demand position within a former Fortune 500 organization. With a proven track record of success within product marketing and supply chain management arenas, Rita will be an exceptional fit for the rapidly evolving company historically recognized for custom seed treatment solutions. 

For fun, Rita enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her beloved pets and supporting the ongoing success of her children as they pursue continued success in business and music.
