DIRECT ENTERPRISES WELCOMES SEED INDUSTRY VETERAN CAROL REEF TO TEAM

Direct Enterprises, Inc. is proud to welcome Carol Reef to the team! As a customer service specialist, Carol will work alongside the customer service and inside sales teams to provide support to customers, dealers and sales representatives. Additionally, Carol will assist in streamlining processes and enhancing customer experience. Her background in agriculture, specifically seed corn production and brokerage, and her ability to identify opportunites and change make her an ideal addition to the Direct Enterprises team.

A natural problem solver, Carol is self motivated and enjoys identifying solutions to whatever the task at hand may be. Having spent more than 30 years in agriculture, she is very familiar with the daily operations of seed companies, growers and Direct Enterprises’ partners. Above all, Carol comes to Direct Enterprises with keen organizational skills, saavy financial acumen, an approachable demeanor and a passion for ensuring success for customers.

Outside of the office, Carol enjoys spending time with her two grown children and four grandchildren, participating in dart tournaments and traveling.
